We are also aware of our role in the development of the region in which we are present, so we invest in actions of great community value, aiming to bring positive impacts for a broader and more comprehensive socio-environmental awareness, marking our presence at events of high importance for the city of Joinville and the region.
We are members of important organizations such as ACIJ – Joinville Business Association, FIESC – Federation of Industries of Santa Catarina, ABRH – Brazilian Association of Human Resources, among others.
Our professionals also actively participate in ABRH actions, the Joinville Metal and Electrical Material Industries Union – SINDIMET and Ajorpeme.

In its Environmental Philosophy, METAL GROUP recognizes that the permanent preservation of the global environment is an important issue shared by all of humanity. We believe that providing solutions that solve environmental issues through our products is an important mission.

We produce 100% recycled products (click here to find out more about copper recycling), we promote environmental awareness programs for our professionals, our plants are lit with 100% Led bulbs, we manage waste with a 97% zero industrial landfill rate, thus contributing to reducing society’s environmental impact.

Contributing to the Environment and Society through Programs and Projects

METAL GROUP aims to contribute to programs and projects that promote the well-being of society and the preservation of the environment.

Waste Reduction: We have adopted the practice of zeroing the consumption of plastic cups in all units, through the “adopt a mug” program, thus practicing waste reduction and non-generation.

Socio-environmental causes: We promote and support socio-environmental projects, contributing to the surrounding community, helping and valuing lives, through campaigns to collect food, clothes, etc.

Reverse Logistics: We carry out reverse logistics for 100% of our post-consumption packaging through the “eureciclo” label, promoting environmental compensation.
