"I started at Copper in 2018 as a maintenance electrician, remaining in this position for 5 months. After this period I was transferred to start the installations of the new Copper Lamination plant. After completing the assembly and startup of Recop, I was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor Electrical and after 6 months Maintenance Manager. Today I am responsible for the entire maintenance structure with a team of 27 people. I am proud to part of Metal Group, because the company values ​​its professionals, has a healthy work, where a team spirit prevails and also great positive expectations.”
